    Day 01: Lima / Huaraz
In a comfortable vehicle, we travel along the north coast of the Pacific Ocean, crossing the coastal desert and the transverse valleys. From the Pativilca Valley we ascend to the Andes, up to the Paso de Conococha (4,100 masl). The impressive view announces that we arrived at the Callejón de Huaylas, located between the Cordilleras Blanca and Negra. We descend to Huaraz (3,090msnm) Reception and transfer to the hotel.

    Day 02: HUARAZ – OLLEROS – SACRACANCHA
Transfer in private mobility to the picturesque village of Olleros (3,500 masl), passing through picturesque Andean villages. We start the hike following the course of the Negro River, with the beautiful snowy Huantzan (6,395 meters above sea level), and Uruashraju (5,722 meters above sea level) in sight. Camp in Sacracancha (4,000 masl).

Day 03: SACRACANCHA – PASO YANASHALLASH – SHONCOPAMPA
Following the remains of the old pre-Inca road, we ascend to the pass of Yanashallásh (4,700 masl). Panoramic view of the Huantzan mountain, the highest mountain in the southern part of the Cordillera Blanca. Camp in Shoncopampa (4,100 masl).

    Day 04: SHONCOPAMPA – CHAVIN – HUARAZ
We continue along the old pre-Inca road to descend through the Huachekza ravine, passing through picturesque Andean towns such as Chichucancha Lanchan and Nunupata, with a traditional way of life and picturesque adobe buildings. At noon we reach the town of Chavín de Huantar (3,180 masl). Lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Ceremonial Center most representative of the High Peruvian Culture, with approximately 3,000 years old, and one of the most advanced in South America considered one of the six most important centers of civilization in the ancient world. The Temple is conformed by a set of stone constructions of formal truncated pyramid, with superimposed platforms and sunken squares joined by staircases. The buildings present internal galleries of complicated design, being in one of them the “Lanzon”, monolith of 4.50 meters of height, that represents the main deity of Chavin. Likewise we will appreciate the fine lithic art, with anthropo-zoomorphic representations where the “Cornica de las Falcónidas” and the “Cornisa de los Jaguares” stand out, as well as the columns of the “Portada de las Falcónidas”. Return to Huaraz and transfer to the hotel.

    Day 05: HUARAZ – LIMA
After a relaxing morning, we will return to Lima, carrying the memory of our experiences in the highest tropical mountain range in the world, and its varied mountain ecosystems that we have enjoyed on the roads of the Cordillera Blanca and the Huascaran Biosphere Reserve. At night I arrive to Lima.
